Teaching and spiritual mentoring sessions at Gathering Essence (and online) are a great opportunity to clarify aspects of your practice and go into details most relevant to you, providing a wholly tailored approach. 

These sessions with Tez or Ewan can cover any form work or meditative technique, and is an opportunity to look at areas of your life that feel stuck or challenging and see how you can apply the principles of the Gathering Essence work to these dynamics. 

The main goal is to help people connect with their own inner truth and wisdom, to be able to see more clearly, and navigate life’s circumstances from an empowered and open perspective.

These sessions provide a safe space for resolving personal issues and promoting spiritual growth, using the work to support your own unique set of conditions and circumstances.
