Workshops & Retreats

Throughout the year we offer a series of weekend workshops and Sunday morning events. These provide a great opportunity to take your practice deeper.

We will continue to hold Dao Yin / Vipassana sessions on Sunday mornings from 7-12, and our intention is for these to become more regular events. When the next dates are confirmed they will be posted on this page.

We are currently running two residential retreats per year, one in the spring time and one towards the end of the year. These retreats are very popular, and have proven to be deeply rewarding for all those who have taken part over the years.

Vipassana / Dao Yin - Sunday Mornings

These are incredibly valuable mornings which add real momentum to your practice. They create an opportunity for depth insight in a process which is usually only found on retreat.
